HARRY HARRISON CD
This is a rare archive recording of one of the best known and best loved characters in the Black Country, Harry Harrison. It was recorded in March 1999 at a private function. Harry was the founder member of the original Black Country Night Out Show. He was renowned for his poetry and humour in Black Country dialect. For many years he contributed to local newspapers, including The Dudley Herald and, from 1983 onwards, The Black Country Bugle. Sadly Harry passed away in August 2007, and is greatly missed. This CD is a reminder of his unique talent and genius.
